I.B.I.S., a not for profit organization.

I.B.I.S. offers free access to web-based information
resources - S.O.S. complements I.B.I.S. by prividing 
access to private resources. 

S.O.S. is solely a dissemination site - to avoid 
potential conficts of interest, S.O.S. does not 
remunerate expert consultants nor owns information 
resources offered.
