In any case TEGUment relates to TEGEre, Latin for COVER as in TEXAs, TEJAs, and TEJA which in Spanish means TILE, particularly those used to COVER roofs ... DACHshunds are covered by a loose skin that may remind them of patients with CUTIS LAXA ...
