"Danae and the Shower of Gold" 
from the Studio of Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) - Ringling Art Museum, Sarasota, Florida, USA.

NOTE: Emprisoned by her father in an "impregnable" chamber by her father after a prophesy that
a grandson would kill him, Danae was "impreganated" by a shower of Gold. This rendition
"plagerizes" (since it is inferior to those it imitates) renditions by Titian.
